Get A ProposalTo be an authorized affiliate of The Wikid Agency, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using this service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Wikid Agency affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its conditions.
All referrals need to convert to paying clients in order for you to receive your 10% payment.
Payment will be made within 60 days from confirmation of client on-boarding.
This is not a discount program, therefore you can not buy services for yourself using your affiliate status.
Buying branded domains is NOT allowed
Absolutely no use of words such as, but not limited to, “warning”, “scam”, or “hoax” are to be used to generate higher CTRs, that hurt the overall reputation and impression of the Uplift Media brand.
All promotional efforts should be 100% transparent and approved by a member of the Wikid Agency sales team before being deployed. The purchase of media and running of different creatives should be first cleared by a member of the Wikid Agency sales team.
The Wikid Agency reserves the right to suspend, investigate and/or revoke suspicious commissions, as well as remove any affiliates found in violation of the Wikid Agency Affiliate program policy for any reason.
Upon acceptance into the program, links will be made available to you upon request. Your acceptance of the Uplift Media Affiliate Program means you agree to and abide by the following;
You will only use the linking code obtained from The Wikid Agency staff without manipulation.
Your site will not include an “Official Site” or represent that your advertisement is endorsed or sponsored by The Wikid Agency in any way. It may not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our website or create the impression that your website is our website.
You may not engage in rookie stuffing or include pop-ups or false or misleading links on your website. In addition, whenever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring URL information (The page from where the click is originating).
Upon being enrolled in the Wikid Agency Affiliate Program if you plan to participate in PPC advertising you must adhere to the PPC guidelines outlined below:
You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms (identified below), including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns on any network, such as Google, Bing, or Yahoo.
You may not use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keywords (i.e The Wikid Agency Discounts) without prior written authorization from us. We have a strict no-tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding. Your commission and affiliate status will be revoked and we may reverse your commissions from up to 30 days prior if you engage in PPC trademark bidding that uses our trademarked terms in violation of this policy.
You may not use our trademarked terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name, or included in the display URL without written permission.
You may not direct link to our website from a pay-per-click ad or use redirects that yield the sale result. Affiliate links must be directed to an actual page on your website.
Use of any of our trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited. (i.e thewikidagency.website.com or thewikidagency-coupons.com)
